My first college at Nouveau Riche

A group of us decided that we were going to drive down to Arizona to go down to Nouveau Riche college.

There is quite a few people in SE Idaho who are enjoying this education.

Mostly because at one time there was a radio program advertising it all the time.

The other thing is that a guy named Jason Nedrow whose dad lived in Rexburg came up all the time to do the meetings.

I took 10 classes the first time I went down there.

I was in class from 8 in the morning to 10 at night.

Although, I have studied a lot about real estate, my head was swimming with hundreds of ideas of how I could take the knowledge back with me to SE Idaho and apply it.

At night, we would all brain storm how we would do this.

One night, I was so excited, I don't remember sleeping at all, but just laying there in bed thinking about how I would use this information to become financially independent.

I liked everything about the college except the ride down there.

I am 6' 4" and 1/2 and so sitting in the back of a car didn't give me much room.

It was worth it though because I knew that I would apply this knowledge before my next college.

Burke's Introduction to Nouveau Riche

How I got interested in Nouveau Riche is simple.

I have always been interested in real estate.

A guy in my neighborhood was doing advanced real estate strategies like short selling.

I wanted to learn how.

He said did you realize that you could go to a college and be taught by people who make millions doing various strategies.

I was interested.

I signed up for Nouveau Riche, and so far have been to 3 colleges. I have also listened and watched hundreds of hours of real estate information on various topics.
